Beast In Black – From Hell with Love Review

Guilty pleasure alert!!!!! my favorite fantasy Eurovision entrants Beast In Black return with their second album From Hell with Love.

At the stroke of midnight, I was frantically refreshing the streaming service I use to see if it had updated to show today’s releases, fortunately, it had so I had to listen to it before I even considered sleeping.

There haven’t been to many songs released from the album beforehand to my knowledge only “Sweet True Lies” & “Die by the Blade” which is good as there seems to be a trend right now of too many videos being uploaded for an album before it’s the release date

This album has everything you would expect from Beast in Black: really catchy choruses that firmly embed themselves into your brain such as “Sweet True Lies” sweeping ballads like “Oceandeep” & riff-heavy tracks in the form of “This is War” & “Repentless

On top of that, the last two tracks are covers: the surprising “Killed by Death” this is hands down one of my favorite Motorhead tracks and usually, I get quite upset if it’s a bad cover, fortunately, Beast in Black have managed to do a fantastic job now, if ever there was a perfect cover for this band “No Easy Way Out“hands down is it. My 2nd favorite track (Hearts on Fire every time) from my favorite Rocky movie (IV)

Highlight tracks: No Surrender, Die by the Blade & of course the two covers

5 out 5 skulls filled my favourite very Moorish cheese.

From Hell with Love is out now on Nuclear Blast Records
